Firelands Networking & Computer Services was started in 2007 by a group of friends that was privately contracting and servicing the networks and computers of only a select client base. In late winter 2008, there was a small discussion about growing the business into a public service center to begin to offer both businesses and consumers alike quality computer services at an cost effective rate.
In February of 2009, Firelands Networking & Computer Services formed a plan and opened to the public.
At first just taking on-site appointments only, the demand grew into something sensational as the word of our affordable and quality services grew. In November of 2009, the first service center in Sandusky opened for business. To this day, Firelands Networking & Computer Services continues to grow and has become the largest and most competitive Information and Technology solutions provider in Sandusky, Ohio. solutions and knowledge that you need.
Our Operations Manager has been working in the computer industry for well over a decade. He has knowledge in network installation and configuration, network servicing, computer repair, troubleshooting, web design, web hosting and more. He himself has installed and configured several networks, He works diligently with each customer to make sure they receive everything they need and are looking for. He inspects each job, no matter for who, a person or business, and makes sure its up to the high standards of Firelands Computer Services.
Our Field Engineering Manager holds several computer repair certifications and has also been working in the Information Technology field for over a decade. With a vast knowledge of computer repair, network operations, network configuration, and working closely with the Operations Manager, he also holds each job to high standards. Committed to a clients every need,
he works diligently until the job is complete, and done right.
Our Customer Relations Manager has been working in the customer service industry for countless years. He is able to serve each client as they are our only client, because at Firelands Computer Services, we strive to work with our customers one on one, and provide them with the best, unparalleled service in the industry.
